Cardinal Properties (part of Cardinal Corporation) says it was established in 2014 to address a shortage of quality housing. It describes a full development cycle from land acquisition and master planning to infrastructure, marketing and conveyancing.
Its current for-sale list spans residential and mixed-use estates in Ruwa, Gweru, Bulawayo and the Harare south corridor, plus an office park in Borrowdale and several industrial parks near the airport, Seke Road and Bulawayo Road. Three earlier townhouse projects are listed as sold out.
