Overview

Old Mutual Property Zimbabwe (Private) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Old Mutual Zimbabwe and the property unit of its investment group. It says it has managed property professionally since 1981, across industrial, office, retail and residential holdings.

Its main current residential development is Prospect 1 in Harare, a US$12 million medium-density scheme announced in June 2024. Its own site (oldmutual.property.co.zw) showed a 'Site Not Found' page when checked.
