Overview
WestProp Holdings is a Harare-based property developer led by CEO Kenneth Sharpe. Its portfolio centres on northern Harare: Pomona City, Millennium Heights, Pokugara and The Hills Lifestyle Estate, alongside the newer Chivhu Eco City outside Harare.
The company says it was founded in 2007 and lists that it became the first property developer to list on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange, on 29 April 2023. It markets itself under the theme of bringing Dubai-style living to Zimbabwe.
